Synopsis Inspired by a true story, “Jiyan” (=life) recounts the daily life of Nerol, a young Syrian Kurdish boy who arrives in Switzerland without his parents. He spends his winter in anxiety and insomnia because of his past and the situation of his mother who remained in the country, still in conflict.
