Synopsis Mason’s perception of reality betrays his killer instincts when he brings Harper home after a date, then he must confront another, more menacing monster.
Inspiration I have written stories and created unique characters throughout my life. I have studied several techniques of storytelling from established writers, such as William Nolan, Richard Matheson, Stephen King, and Rod Serling. The trigger to push a piece of my storytelling out into the world came when my father passed away several years ago. It was then that I realized there are less days ahead of me than there were behind. That realization put a fire under me to grow in my confidence and submit a Twilight Zone-ish script to several contests. I am surprised (and happy, of course) at how well received this script has been.

Bio I was born and raised in a small town outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the United States. I am a licensed Psychologist, a licensed Professional Counselor, and a Full-Time Professor at a small, teaching university about 25 miles from where I grew up. I have lived all over (Dallas, San Antonio, and Philadelphia, to name a few) during my 30-year career, but I moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to my aging parents. I have always written stories for myself, but never pursued publication or any type of public recognition until now.
