Bio: When my 18 year-old daughter left Toronto for nine months to backpack Europe (nine months of no sleep for me!), the idea for my first screenplay was born. I fell in love with the craft and have been at it ever since. So far, with various scripts, I’ve placed as a semi-finalist at the 2014 ReelHeART feature screenplay competition, top 100 in another competition and a quarter-finalist in a very tough 2014 competition.
Inspiration For Screenplay:
The inspiration for “The Redemption of Frank Malone” came from a director who was looking for a script wherein the protagonist redeems himself through the use of skills from his violent past. Unfortunately, the director didn’t go for it, but once my imagination was ignited, I just had to write it.
Ms. Goldman,
Tomorrow, I am bringing Lorraine to life for you. I loved the script and it is right up my alley of the bad-guy-turned-good.
